「Water damage on the ceiling, causing it to look rundown, paint was peeling. Air conditioning was not working. They did offer us a fan after we tried to use the AC, which tripped the power. After that, they let us know per message that we shouldn’t use the AC. 」
「The room was clean and well fitted, however, the aircon was not working correctly. This was mentioned to front desk which could not fixed it so all night sleeping with a humid warm room. It was still not fixed 2 days later when I checked out.」
