“I love Hotel Indigo! This was the third Hotel Indigo property I’ve stayed at and they are always lovely. The room was very spacious and the bay view was the best part! The breakfast was amazing per usual. The pool was also really nice and relaxing. This location is perfect. Not directly in the mix of everything, but close enough and directly on the marina!”

“The recepcionist provided me the worst attention and service ever, the room didnt have blankets when we arrrive late night, the answer that I got was : I dont have any, its not my problem, tomorrow you need to ask in the reception. Consequence: kids sick next morning. Later, ask for some additional minutes for the check out, the answer was : not even a single minute. Finally my wife forgot a ring, we called back after 30 minutes, not even a single action despite of the explanation or where was……

“Michelle at the front desk was sooo friendly and helpful!! The air conditioner in the building was also amazing.”

“The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym needs better ventilation and wipes for the machines.”

“We ended up staying here for a week long visit after encountering challenges with our initial booking through VRBO. When we arrived we were told that Expedia overbooked their property, so they had no rooms even though we had confirmed a booking. “I’m satisfied with the say except that the elevator was not working during our stay. But the staff was really helpful in helping with carrying our luggage yo 3rd floor and car.”

“Room was a little dirty. Gold fish crackers on floor and a whole lash strip in the bathroom floor. Beds very uncomfortable. But for a quick hotel night , it was fine. Breakfast was the absolute best, and the day time staff.”

“We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . Oh ya and it was supposed to be on the beach it’s about 7 min……
