「The photos on the site do not do this condo justice. It is much nicer then the photos make it look. Really clean, had plenty of towels, quite spacious, nice little deck looking at the water, convenient to shops and restaurants and lovely pool. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「What a great stay, the ad didn’t do justice to how roomy and beautiful the actual location is! The host was amazing, the entire stay was perfect!」

「Craig was very quick at getting back to me. If we needed anything at the condo, it was sent right away. The condo was perfect. Seen a few sun rises. The place had everything you need to eat there. Parking was included. Centrally located. Would stay here again. 」

「Great property and condo. Condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great and fast communication with the host. Thank you」

「Brian’s top floor condo was a beautiful home base for my husband’s and my 20 year wedding anniversary 7 day vacation. The condo is decorated so nice with a beach vibe to match the area. The lanai is spacious with a table to eat at and additional seating. The AC works great and Brian included all necessities for cooking and enjoying your time. There were even rafts blown up for us upon arrival to use in the cove. Brian also worked with and was very accomodating with a couple of requests before...

「This was condo was exactly as listed. It was well stocked with the things we needed. We texted back and forth with the owner when we arrived and he answer us promptly. It is on the third floor, but we enjoy being able to see the entire pool area. My husband enjoyed being able to get drinks at the pool bar. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas, which were included with the condo. They cleaned the pool area every morning and it seemed like they were out cleaning the pool every morning, too....

「Great location code to town and immediately on the water. Very quiet.Third floor bedroom with twin beds has angled ceiling... watch your head.」

「Absolutely loved this condo! Already planning our next trip back. Communication was excellent. Property was exactly as described (if not better). Everything you need in the kitchen. AC worked great! The view from the balcony is beautiful, with super comfy Adirondack chairs. Several floats to use as well. Plenty of chairs on the beach. Crystal clear water!! There is a grocery store nearby, along with several restaurants. (Give Legendz a try, less than a five minute walk and so many delicious menu...

「Beautiful view of the ocean! There's a great lagoon at the property next to Seacrest which you can walk to and also snorkel if you are interested. The pool at the property is also great. This property also has a rooftop deck with two grills which are super easy to use. It's also in a great location, ten minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Camana Bay as well as numerous restaurants.」

「We loved having the extra space of a condo versus a hotel room, and this condo was lovely, updated and included plenty of amenities. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great. Additionally, there is an abandoned condo complex...

「I had an incredible stay at this beachfront villa during my solo trip to Grand Cayman. The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and literally steps from the water. Waking up to ocean views each morning and ending my days with stunning sunsets made for a truly relaxing escape. The villa was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. I also loved being close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and the world-famous Seven Mile Beach while still enjoying a...

「Absolutely loved the place. Great location. Clean. Couldn’t think of anything to complain about. Will definitely rent again when we come back this way.」

「Lovely location with a quiet beach and pool area and a beautiful view. A short walk to Starfish point and easy to take the ferry across to 7 mile beach. The condo is spacious and has some nice updates as described, but could use new mattresses and a few essential kitchen items.」

「We could not have found a better location for our peaceful getaway. This condo has a screened in porch, which is great for evenings, and about 30 feet away from that porch was the pool. Very quiet area, but you have Kaibo restaurants/bar about 150 feet away right down the beach. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever need, and many things you didnt know you needed (like beach chairs). This place is a great value, had tons of space for our family of four, and was sparkling...

「The condo was perfect for our getaway family vacation! It was stunning!! Clean, steps to the beach, pool was beautiful! Can’t say enough positive things about Mary our host & the condo! We will definitely be back!」
