"Nice hotel, access to the 7 Mile Beach, free parking and breakfast. It is smaller hotel than others on 7 Mile Beach so it is a place you meet and get to know other people staying at the hotel. "

"We just got back from staying at this property and are already looking to come back next year. The condo itself has everything you should need to make your own meals and drinks. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The back patio is very private and a nice place to relax. Beach towels, toys, etc were plentiful. Location of the condo was great as it was only steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach.The condo complex itself exceed our expectations. We are used to many beachside condo amenities being below those of a hotel. Here that is not the case. The pool is large, very clean, and never crowded. Chairs were also never an issue as they were available at all times of the day. The pool bar is a huge asset. The bartenders were friendly and the food and drinks were good. The beach area is fantastic. There was never a time when there weren't available chairs and umbrellas. The sand is very soft and extends a good way from the water unlike most places nearby. The rock barrier keeps the water completely calm at all times and is a great place to snorkel. Groceries, liquor and restaurants are all within walking distance. However, I still would recommend renting a car as it makes it much easier. I had never driven on the left side before and was very intimidated, but it wasn't bad at all.Lastly, the owner is friendly and the most responsive person i have ever rented from. "
