「My priority for a Vrbo is quiet. The highway traffic was insane, the constant thumping of the music from a nearby night spot til 1 AM kept me awake. Then the 3AM arrival of someone in the adjoining house was the topper. I slept less than 2 hours. These things are key factors that should be disclosed.」

「This was a fantastic property! Communication from the host was prompt, however there were two small issues: 1) - I asked about in-room coffee and was told the room had a standard coffee-maker. It does not. Instead it has one of those hotel-style single-serve coffee makers that use specialty pods (not Keurig-style). 2) the cabinet containing the garbage did not open all the way, appearing to have been broken at some point.I will also add that the A/C unit is aggressively loud, cycling off and on...

「Adam was so helpful on checkin, our flight had been changed so arrived earlier than planned and we were able to drop luggage at condo prior to actual check-in time. Had a wonderful stay, close to family in other condo complex next to us. Loved the decor, color scheme, the beach chairs we could use and supplies for our use. The pool and hottub kept very clean.
