Great floorplan, comfortable furnishings, and directly across from beach access. We will definitely be coming back to DeBordieu Colony.

Fantastic House in need of some TLC

The location and house were fantastic, however it is in need of some TLC. Masterbath ceiling needed to be painted as do some of the other ceilings. Kitchen was great had everything one would need, the furniture was comfortable in every room. Would go back in a heartbeat after some paint

They had beach chairs available but I don't think it was listed ahead of time so we had rented some.
