"New. Decent. The two women at the front desk stood there while I struggled to get my bike and my bags out the door no one offered to open the door and hold it for me or anything while I struggled and banged and awkwardly tried to get out the front"

"They never answered the door. There was a dog barking at the glass door to the office. There was a sign that said ring the bell, but no-one came for 30min, so I gave up and left. I have a video where I called the phone sitting on the desk and no one answered… While the dog probably woke up the rest of the guest. Unless someone had a heart attack behind the desk, there is no excuse for the lack of service"

"The living room was well equipped with plenty of comfortable seating. The views from the property are nice. The kitchen is well equipped.Unfortunately, the freezer in the bottom of the refrigerator was frozen shut with significant ice build-up, and there were literally thousands of dead flies in all of the window sills, window tracks, and bathroom tubs/showers. Most had clearly been there for some time. I vacuumed them all up, and we had no additional flies to take care of during our stay.It’s a wonderful property and great location, but the cleaning service should have done a quick once-through before we arrived."
