“Your home in Bath was perfect for our family of 10 (six adults four children). It was centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The home was completely organized and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was prompt and super helpful.Thank you for helping make our first trip to Maine a great one!”

“The space was clean, comfortable and easy check in and out. Just as advertised!”

“The house matches exactly what was described online. It's clean and cozy in a quite neighborhood. I'd rate it a five star and highly recommend!”

“A great little cottage, very clean has everything you need. The view was amazing, with eagles and a seal popping its head up once in a while. Very peaceful area!”

“Ok Beautiful location price was on the high side but very clean and state of the art.”

“If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!”

“Arriving at Orchid Harbor and taking in the view, sound, and smell of the ocean across the lawn makes all of the daily stresses of the mainland melt away. The century old house is charming, welcoming, and comforting. It feels like you are staying with good friends or family. With all of the living spaces, it feels roomy and cozy at the same time and wraps around you like a hug. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.……

“The place is beautiful. Lots of nooks and crannies to escape by yourself and not be on top of others. The kitchen was fully stocked and completely renovated. We enjoyed the coffee/wine bar. We used the fire pit as well. I would say the only take aways is that the stairs were tough to navigate for my 88 year old mom and the house is situated right off a busy road. Finally, great that you can walk to the footpath and be in the heart of the town. Would recommend to others!!!”

“Absolutely amazing property, with a beautiful view. Perfect upgraded Maine coastal cottage experience. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy being in Maine. The location is super convenient as well.”

“Very nice property with a nice view of the bay. Relaxing location with comfortable furniture and the house feels much bigger than the square footage might indicate. There were a few rough edges from repairs and painting that were less than professional, but overall it is well maintained. Would recommend.”
