“This property was outstanding for our purposes. We wanted a few days at the beach, at the pool, on the tennis courts, and including easy bike rides. We achieved all! The greatest surprise was how beautiful and accessible Huntington Beach State Park and beaches were. The house was immaculate, fully stocked, and organized for lots of time cooking up seafood in the kitchen. We really appreciated this. Thanks for making this such a wonderful getaway for us, Scott!”

“This was an excellent place to stay. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again. ”

“Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious,……
