Located opposite the beautiful sandy beach at Beresford and 5 minute walk to restaurants and to the city.

This modern home comprises of 3 spacious bedroom, 2 bathroom, large outdoor
entertaining area with bbq perfect for entertaining Balcony upstairs with stunning ocean views. 3 living spaces including a theatre room for movie viewing.

Netflix is available plus of course wifi.

Our modern home will be the perfect home away from home for families or executives looking to relax in luxury.

Great location.. poor service re cleaning
This property is in a great location. It is in need of a tidy up inside with stained carpet throughout, chipped and scuffed walls. Sheets were so pilly i had to sleep clothed until cleaner came with new sheets.. 1 blind missing, others in poor condition. Windows not cleaned. Outside tall Weeds and not swept. Patio area and upstairs balcony couldn't be used until cleaned. 1 dish washer tablet for 3 nights. Flannels in bathrooms instead of hand towels. Towels thin and old. Blankets stained. No bbq Cleaner arrived when called with not a nice attitude.. making excuses which is not the clients problem to listen to.. there was no apologies

The place is huge!! The best B n B place i have stayed in whilst visiting Geraldton. Beautiful, modern property in a good location close to the CBD. Love it!!

House is in a fantastic location. The house was fairly clean, we did have to dust a few things. Check in process was alright. Didn’t get the address of the property until approximately an hour beforehand which was a little concerning as I thought we had possibly been scammed.. the property manager was also given the wrong dates to what I had booked on the website… they were extremely friendly though.

Was happy with the accommodation, but when we got there, the bin hadn’t been emptied, with no spare rubbish bin liners, and there was cooked meat in the oven, and the tray it was in and the grill were dirty, but apart from that we were very happy with the place, it suit an adult family with plenty of space

Disappointed
The shower floor collapsed in second bathroom whilst in use. Weeds in the back pathways were around one foot tall. Carpets were all marked and the lounge had water marks on it. The linen in the main room needed replacing, some windows and doors couldn’t be opened, blinds were all damaged. This property is not worth paying 320 dollars per night .

Stay at this property for 2 nights lovely house its self but not well presented dirty floors and balcon weeds everywhere front and back of the property. Pots and pans discussing unhealthy to use to cook on. Have to take everything yourself from salt and pepper. Says it has free wifi but does not work.
