“It was a great place in the nature The views were astonishing ,and the quiet in the place, make you here the water took when it is dropped from the mountain to the valley, and the sound of the birds Make you fly to the sky, only problem and challenging the same time the way to the place thank you very much .”

“Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ordinary. Pool clean - service very good. Room very noisy - day and night because of the outside traffic. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert.”

“The rooms are nice, but if you are travelling there in the off season like we did, please note that they don’t seem fully ready to receive guests. The heat wasn’t working and while they tried their best to accommodate this, it still was a small issue. There was also no wifi as advertised.”

“Nothing not to like. The staff is amazing. The head chef prepares meals that are 5 star with artistic presentations. Service is stellar and everyone makes you feel very special. An all around delight that you should definitely experience. Can hardly wait for a return visit to be spoiled once again.”

“Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small)……

“Rien à dire sur le service à la marocaine, la qualité des produits ou l’emplacement de l’hôtel Moins bien: le choix des alcools qui pourraient être meilleurs, la literie pas au niveau Pas bien: le massage de mon épouse était un massacre pour elle… elle avait le dos cassé après alors qu’elle avait demandé un massage de la tête et des pieds… la masseuse était novice et ne savait pas ce qu’elle faisait… Dommage et la direction n’a rien fait Enfin l’hôtel était en travaux en prévision de la haute……

“The facility of the hotel is perfect, and the food served at the hotel restaurant is not bad either. It would have been even better had the staff members had better commend of English, though it would be asking a bit much since they already speak Arab, French and Spanish.”
