“Rochelle and Ian are thoughtful hosts who provide a lovely home away from home experience for travellers. The cabin is cozy but has everything you need for a comfortable place to relax and enjoy. “We had a lovely relaxing Easter at Solitaire with the family! The kids loved the pool and the indoor/outdoor areas were great. The short walk to the beach and town were also appreciated. A floor plan in the listing would help to show the layout of the house, but the separate living and sleeping pavilions worked well for our family. We would love to stay at Solitaire again! ”

“Charmingly renovated Queenslander with attention to detail. Everything we needed was supplied. We loved the beautifully polished floors and high ceilings. The property was close to Innisfail and to Paronella Park so we went back for the night show. The absolute bonus was being next to the bakery and walking distance to the hotel. Great stay.”

“This property was beautifully appointed, a few minutes drive out of Mission Beach itself. Boasting 3 good sized bedrooms, an extremely large bathroom with an extra separate toilet, very spacious living area, very well appointed kitchen and the most fabulous verandah/deck with fairy lights overlooking the rainforest and green pastures, it was a pleasure to stay here.
