“Kathy is a wonderful host. The apartment is beautifully decorated especially if you appreciate arts and crafts and/or art nouveau. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could want. The best part is the restaurant downstairs! La Rambla is my favorite restaurant in McMinnville, and that's saying something as there are many very good ones in town. ”

“This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay.”

“This was the perfect stay for a girls trip to the valley. Just a 10 minute ride from downtown Newberg. Plenty of grocery stores in the area. Beautiful views. Beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space for 6 women. We loved having breakfast each morning on the deck! Definitely recommend. ”

“With a big family of 12 people, 9 adults abd 3 kids there was plenty of room and lots of areas on the property for everyone to be entertained. The property is just beautiful. Beds were pretty comfotable as well as pillows which is important when on a vacay. Only thing is we wished it was more wheelchair accessible. That was the only thing that was a bit of a problem but we made it work.”
