Aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen erhielten unsere Freunde ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, während uns ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen wurde. 「We stayed at this place for three very disappointing nights. It is located in a narrow alley that, in our view, was one of the least attractive areas of the city. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for.」
