「We cannot rate the Alkamuri Posh Hotel and Spa in Alcamo highly enough. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room.
