“They were very under staffed and staff made that very clear. We asked house keeping for clean towels and told them they didn’t need to clean our room. They told us they were too busy and so we used the same towels for 3 days. Lots of kids. Lots of kids.
Tyler who checked us in was great, worked his tail off. The older black lady who did breakfast Saturday morning 5/6 was fantastic!”

“It was so small and awful my sister and I didn’t there it was unacceptable, and I want a full refund. You shouldn’t put hotels that are under construction as ready for people to occupy. Please refund my money. Thank you!”
