Panoramic penthouse with loft

Large studio located in Gignod, a few minutes from Aosta and the other side valleys to visit, as well as from the ski slopes of Pila, Crevacol, Ollomont and Flassin children's snow park. It is located in the middle of greenery and walks. Easily accessible all year round, even in winter when it snows. Well served by public transport.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a mountain building, the result of an integral renovation that has given life to a rustic that has preserved the typical features of the Aosta Valley dwellings. The house is built in a rustic style with exposed stone and wood.
The apartment is warm and welcoming and is very tastefully furnished.
It is suitable for all those seeking tranquility in a warm mountain environment.
It is not suitable for those who have walking problems due to the presence of a narrow staircase or the parking located 100 meters from the village!

STORAGE AREA
The deposit is very large and can be used to store sports equipment (skis, boots, bicycles, golf bags, etc.) and also as a garage for motorcycles and scooters.

KITCHEN and STAY
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to eat at home in complete autonomy and tranquility.
Oven, stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes and cutlery will allow you to cook without having to go to the restaurant.
Finally, the living room has a large table with 4 chairs and a double sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people without problems and from which you can comfortably watch TV.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable sink, bidet, toilet and shower. In addition there is also a fully functional washing machine.

LIVING AREA
In this area there are a double bed, a large chest of drawers and a bedside table. Above the ect is a Velux from which daylight enters a lot of light and at night you can enjoy the view of the starry sky.

POSITION
The property is located just 100 meters from the "Planet church" bus stop, which leads to the center of Aosta, and 150 meters from the small church of the hamlet where the apartment is located.
On foot it is possible to reach different trekking and mountain walking paths that lead to wonderful panoramic points.

Access to the apartment is reserved and is part of the property.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Respect the guests leaving them total freedom, but they are available if they need information or need help or support.

the cableway to Pila, the ski resort of Crevacol, the ski resort of Ollomont, the Flassin children's snow park, the cross-country ski trails both in Flassin and Ollomont, ski mountaineering routes up to Punta Chaligne (2608 meters above sea level) ).
For golf lovers about 5 minutes there is the Golf Club Arsanière.
For lovers of the swimming pool at 10 minutes there is the swimming pool of Variney, the best structure of the Valle d'Aosta dedicated to the recreational and educational water world for adults and children, as well as offering an elegant and functional wellness center.
For children there is a playground located in Plan Chateau in Gignod.

Casa accogliente

Siamo stati bene. Casa accogliente e soprattutto pulita. La posizione permette di raggiungere in poco tempo diversi punti di attacco dei sentieri, spaziando tra le valli vicine. La casa è al primo piano, ci sono delle scalette da fare, non pratiche per tutti. Perfetta per una coppia. La teniamo sicuramente in considerazione per un eventuale ritorno in valle d'Aosta
