「We booked through Expedia. We had pets so they put us in a first floor room. The air in the unit was extremely damp and smelled of sewage and mold. The toilet had no water in it, so there was probably a a problem with the sewage system that allows sewer gas into the units. We checked two other first floor units, one smelled exactly the same, and the other smelled highly of chlorine and bleach. Getting a refund through Expedia was kind of a pain, but I did get one.」

「Overall, this was an OK stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when the bathroom light in my original room wasn’t working—they were quick to move me to another room.
