Wonderful relaxing vacation!
This home was beautiful and beautifully appointed. It was close to everything we needed and yet quiet for those early morning coffees on the deck. Steve was also very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this vacation home. The only thing I would say is the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The house is much nicer than the pictures show. After a long day of sun and boating it was so nice to come home to Steve’s house. Thank you!

This is the first I have heard of this complaint from you. On occasion we do allow dogs and I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with dog hair. Had I been made aware of this issue during your stay, I would have made sure my cleaner came back to address this. - Steve

Perfect for Young Adults
The location is great because it is between the ski area and the lake. The stairs both to the second floor and the basement would challenge older and younger guests.

Great house near Gunstock mountain and private beach
Beautiful, clean house close to Gunstock Mountain. My family had a great time ziplining, hiking and kayaking.

Beautiful mountain retreat
We loved our stay at Gunstock Acres. The property is located on a quiet street only 3 minutes away from Gunstock Ski Resort and has good access to grocery stores and shopping which are about about 15 minutes away. The property itself was very well maintained, and above all we loved cooking in the bright, sunny kitchen with all the modern appliances and silverware we needed. The back porch has a great view of the woods and we enjoyed sitting there watching the snow fall. Every detail was done well and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
