Labor Day Weekend and Concert
We stayed at the house for a concert and Labor Day weekend. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space and the communication with the owner was great. Super close to the beach and an amazing location for the concert.

Great winter house 5 min from Gunstock
This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a low key ski weekend. The house is 5 min away from Gunstock which made everything just so easy and less stressful when corralling young kids to get ready for lessons. It’s very clean and well stocked, everything is in great shape, but not SO pristine that I was worried about the kids making a mess of things. (If I was staying here without kids it was completely nice and well taken care of, no complaints but just noting it was great for a family in that regard.) Lots of games and TV and the views from the deck and hot tub were beautiful! The only thing that we didn’t realize that I would note for others with younger kids is that the bedroom with the trundle bed is in the basement (rest of the rooms are on the second floor) but there were two twin mattresses in the closet of the master bedroom so we were able to easily adjust our plan and enjoy our stay comfortably. Tons of extra pillows, etc. We loved it and are excited to come back!

Friends weekend away!
We enjoyed this property as it had everything we were looking for, within 15 minutes of where we were going over the weekend and had plenty of parking spots for all of my friends and me to park. Whenever I had a question or concern they were great at responding quickly. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Multigenerational vacation
This trip brought our family together from different parts the country post vaccination. I had communicated with Mohammed several times before our trip and he was very responsive and helpful. He really went out of his way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. As for the house, it was amazing. The location was great. Near Weirs Beach and state park beach as well. The house was immaculate and had every comfort of home and more. The owners really thought of everything. When you travel there are always things that are missing in the room. Little things that can be annoying but this house was just really well thought out for ease of use, convenience and comfort. The owners were very generous and had some snacks and food in the pantry and fridge. The decks were incredible as was the hot tub. The basement had an air hockey table that we Loved playing. Tons of games and tv options as well. Mohammed continued to be helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I just really thought this house was incredible for a family and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Great time in the Lakes region of New Hampshire!
Mohammed and Linda were great hosts and their property was great, clean and comfortable. Kids loved the playroom on the ground floor and my wife and I loved the balcony that overlooks the foliage mountains. Great time.

Home away from home
My family and I stayed here for a family vacation and I cannot express how much we love this property. As someone who is very particular about where they stay when staying away from home, I was extremely impressed and felt like I was home. The home itself is huge. So spacious and plenty of room (we had six kids with us) and the outdoor space is spectacular. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck every day and night. We had so much fun using the amazing hot tub and fire pit. We cannot wait to stay here again. The owners are an absolute pleasure and were very polite and welcoming. If I could rate this property with 10 stars, I would.

Great House!
Ok very little “Curb Appeal” at first sight but the inside was really comfortable, spacious and the kids enjoyed the game room. The house is fully stocked with whatever you need. The back of the house has a huge deck with nice views and the hot tub was fabulous!

Very clean and well stocked home.
The home was very clean and very well stocked with all the essential you would need. The hot tub was very nice and beautiful views from all the decks at night. Would stay again at this home it was perfect for our families NH getaway.

First time in New Hampshire- not the last!
Our vacation in Gilford was one of shear pleasure. The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also extremely comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep every night. The home owners were very generous inviting us to use anything in the pantry and even leaving a basket of snacks for us. As comfortable has the house is, the views from the decks were amazing , beckoning us to sit outside and watch the majesty of the sunset. I wish I could attach a picture to show you. We had a beautiful week!

Great Lake Retreat
Great location and great house. Owners were very responsive. Only negative is that we couldn’t use the Hot tub as the cover was broken when we arrived, but the owner was on top of getting it fixed (but given that it was the 4th of July no one could fix it until after the holiday). We would definitely stay again.

There were a lot of bugs on the ceilings in the bedrooms upstairs that we all slept in the living room. I think they were coming in through the air conditioners. I think for a home I the woods you would benefit from central air, but overall it’s a lovely home

Hi Aracelia, I am glad you enjoyed your stay and liked the house. I am pretty sure that my cleaning crew double checks the house together with their boss before guest check-in. I also have a contract with Terminix where they come four times a year to spray the house for ants, bees, and other bugs. I am not sure how the bugs got into the house. Perhaps they came through a tiny hole where the window AC is located. I'll have it checked tomorrow so it should not be an issue going forward. Thanks. Mohammed

Everything was as expected. Owners were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Location was perfect. Just far enough to be out of congestion and right back into it if you wanted. House was very clean and enjoyed the hot tub after a day of riding. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location but....
Just not sure how to rate this stay. The home is located in a very quiet area with amazing views of the mountains and lake but would I stay there again? Probably not. I'm not sure how long this home has been used a rental property. The owner left a note stating we could use whatever was in the home which was a hugh help. The home had everything that we though we'd have to run out for after a days drive: coffee, filters, water, toilet paper, paper towels, bags of chips. It is very clean and furnished beautifully but it's missing just a few things. The 4th bedroom is in the basement/rec room with no closet, dresser or bathroom on that particular floor which was a surprise. The main living area is gorgeous with beautiful views but there are signs all over the place reminding you to clean up, take out trash, remove shoes, etc. Just a little overboard! The hot tub is in a awkward location with no easy access. Down 2 flights of stairs, across a concrete landing filled with old patio furniture and tarps, off onto the grass and up 2 steps and you've made it . Why not make steps from the rec room patio down to the hot tub? Get in the hot tub or sit by the fire and decide you need to use the bathroom, that's a problem. The closest bathroom is up a flight of stair, across the carpeted rec room and up another flight of stairs or up 2 flights of stairs and across the carpeted dining room. It was missing reading lamps in one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom had a sign in the closet saying something to the effect of "owner's closet do not use have respect". Not the exact words but where should I hang my closes?? And last but not least, the cameras!!! I've stayed in 30+ rental homes and I've never had an owner text me at 9:00am to remind me to turn off the front light. Really?!? Well, that made us feel a little awkward. So you're watching us?? I guess so and that's not the only camera! There are quite a few on the property and the fact that you are watching them while i'm there just didn't set well with us.

Fabulous place
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at 23 Ryswick. The house is very comfortable and clean. The game room offers plenty of fun for young people, and guests can relax on the deck and enjoy the amazing views. I definitely recommend this house to future guests.

A great getaway for our extended family with teens.
Everyone loved their stay. Highlights were coffee on the deck with a great view, the hot tub and ping pong. Downstairs space was perfect for the teens. Dining table upstairs comfortably fit all 8 of us for meals and Scrabble games. Laundry on site was a huge plus along with the access to extra towels and pantry staples. AC units in the bedrooms was a very welcome surprise. Great location for visiting Gunstock and Weirs Beach. Very close to Riley Road Beach in Alton, an undiscovered gem of a "beach", perfect for a dip in a hot afternoon. Bring an inner tube and enjoy a relaxing float away from the hustle of more crowded beaches.

Wonderful Gilford vacation home
Stayed here in mid July. Our group was 3 adults and 4 teenage boys. We all loved the house. The location was great, about 15 minutes from Weirs Beach area and about 8 minutes to Gunstock area. The house itself is very nice. The owners are proud of their home and it shows in the quality of the amenities. The house has wireless internet, Netflix, PS3, ping pong table and foos ball table. All kitchen appliances are high quality and work great. The bedrooms are all very comfortable, each upstairs bedroom has a window a/c unit that cool the rooms very well. There is also an a/c unit located in the living room that works great. The bedroom in the lower level does not have a/c. The house also has a hot tub and fire pit. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.
