「Wonderful stay in a very special place. Just a handful of beautiful rooms surrounding a peaceful, natural style pool. Our family of 4 stayed in the Moon Suite which had plenty of room for all of us. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location, super easy walk from the harbour and accessible to all main beaches/bars/shops etc. Highly recommended!」

「Beautiful hotel tucked away off the Main Street but just a few minutes walk from the port, shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. The staff were AMAZING! So friendly and helpful, remembering our names and giving a very personal feel. We upgraded to a superior room and it was perfect. The hotel grounds were beautiful, clean and spacious. 「Our stay at Gili Air Lagoon was most enjoyable and of a tropical environment standard. The room was clean, cool and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. The problem with reviews is that people tend to forget where they are and that they are on holidays. If you want alll the luxuries of home don’t go on holidays then.
