“Staff and clean room”

“The hotel is very clean and bed is so comfortable. Besides the location is very convenient to the supermarket, bank and some fast-food restaurants! I enjoy very much of this trip!!!”

“The staff/owners of River Valley Inn are so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! I ended up having to check in much later than anticipated, but they made sure I had no issues getting access to my room. When I had issues with a key card malfunctioning due to the cold weather, once again the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a new working card immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. I will stay here again!”

“This is an excellent place to stay while in the Amherst/Hadley area. Convenient location, a friendly and welcoming team of staff, a complimentary breakfast (with some healthy options available) served every morning, a swimming pool, and plenty of space, both in the guest rooms as well as in the common areas of the lobby. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to others.”

“My room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a big plus! I normally stay at a different hotel when I come up to visit my family but I decided to try this hotel. I wasn't sure how it would be but I was pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet and the gentleman who always seems to be at the front desk.. I'm sorry I can't remember his name is awesome! I was there for 3 weeks and I loved it! 10/10”

Everything stood out, from the way the attractive artwork perfectly matched the accent wall, to the ambience of the communal dining room, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the soft orange glow of the fireplace in the dark when I walked in to the room for the first time - care and attention to detail was evident in every spotless crevice. Breakfast was fun and delicious, every moment in the room whole working or relaxing was quiet and delightful. 10/10”

“Our stay exceeded expectations! Staff greeted us warmly & was helpful. As for our accommodations - immaculate, beautiful, and thoughtfully appointed. We even considered canceling our dinner reservations to stay in! This is the perfect place to get away from the noise and busyness of the world. I highly recommend and we will be back in the fall for hiking and unwinding. ”
