「The hotel is very clean and bed is so comfortable. Besides the location is very convenient to the supermarket, bank and some fast-food restaurants! I enjoy very much of this trip!!!」

「My room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a big plus! I normally stay at a different hotel when I come up to visit my family but I decided to try this hotel. I wasn't sure how it would be but I was pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet and the gentleman who always seems to be at the front desk.. I'm sorry I can't remember his name is awesome! I was there for 3 weeks and I loved it! 10/10」

Everything stood out, from the way the attractive artwork perfectly matched the accent wall, to the ambience of the communal dining room, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the soft orange glow of the fireplace in the dark when I walked in to the room for the first time - care and attention to detail was evident in every spotless crevice. Breakfast was fun and delicious, every moment in the room whole working or relaxing was quiet and delightful. 10/10」

「Our stay exceeded expectations! Staff greeted us warmly & was helpful. As for our accommodations - immaculate, beautiful, and thoughtfully appointed. We even considered canceling our dinner reservations to stay in! This is the perfect place to get away from the noise and busyness of the world. I highly recommend and we will be back in the fall for hiking and unwinding. 」

「The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. 」
