"Excellent cottage! Super quirky and perfect for a large group. My husband’s family all met at the Langham vineyard (jut 8 minute’s drive up the road from the accommodation) to celebrate his 50th ; adults, kids, dog…we had a wonderful time and carried on the celebrations with an evening of chat in the comfortable lounge and some food in the spacious dining area before heading to bed (all 10 of us). Top Gillingham Hotel Reviews

Best Western Limpley Stoke Hotel

8/10 Good

"All helpful staff, lovely breakfast and enjoyable stay"

The Swan Hotel Wells

10/10 Excellent

"This was our first time in Wells and The Swan Hotel and it won’t be our last. All of the staff made us feel welcome and our room was very comfortable (especially the warm bathroom). We were only staying one night and only had the chance to sample the breakfast but the ambience and quality of food was excellent. As family live nearby we’ve been told the Sunday roast is worth another visit and as the hotel is central to everything, we will definitely be back."

George Hotel

8/10 Good

"On the positive side the staff were really good. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly. The food was good both for breakfast and evening meal. On the negative side, it's an old building and is showing it's age. The floor in our room had a noticeable slope (disconcerting when you get out of bed at night). There was no hot water one evening for a few hours. Seems no-one had spotted the boiler was off."

White Hart Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Had a brilliant stay here. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and had everything you'd need. Location was excellent, right in the middle of the city. And the pub itself was amazing, with a great selection of beers and some of the best pub food I've ever eaten. Will definitely be returning if we end up back in Wells"
