「Great spot for business trips, very reliable and cozy!」

「Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!」

「Great host and a wonderful location. The VBRO was beautifully decorated and clean. Nice deck with BBQ and horseshoes available overlooking the Santa Cruz mountains. Short drive to the beach at Capitola as well. My wife and I appreciated all the flowers and shrubs surrounding the property. We would definitely come back. The host put a lot of thought into making this property comfortable with lots of amenities」

「Such a wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The owners thought of absolutely everything! We appreciated the coffee, the snacks, the waters and beverages, the extra towels and even the magnifying mirror. Clear communication too. Very quiet and a cute little private yard.」

「Pros:- Dishes, pots, appliances are available - Private kitchen and bathroom, stocked with towels and toilet paper- Clean spaceCons:- Can't flush toilet paper (instructions say to put it in trash which attracted ants)- Ants (going from baseboard to stove, even when bathroom trash was thrown away) - Shower leaks (not properly sealed)- Two studios on the property and welcome email includes codes for both studios (not secure as it could be)」

「Cold showers — unreliable hot water.Stayed 2 nights while in town for a funeral. Disappointed to not have basic needs met and made stay very stressful in an already difficult time. The WORST part — No assistance available, no helpful or timely response to vrbo messages. No phone numbers or direct contact available with listing — I found that on my own. Called OVR property mgmt company— which is a call center in Phillipines designed to be non-responsive. Could not resolve issue in timely way or...
