「We were disappointed with our stay for several reasons. There weren't enough bath towels for everyone. The house looked like it hadn't been clean and dusted in a while. They baseboards were dirty too. The upstairs large bedroom became infested with ladybugs. We could barely run the heater because the ladybugs were coming through. We ended up closing the vents and it helped a little. When we reached out to the host about the towels and ladybugs, they responded but did not provide any assistance....
