「Enjoyed staying here」

「My company arranged a taxi for me to the airport. Somehow the taxi driver, who didn't understand English, did not show up. The hotel staff helped me talk to the driver and arranged another taxi for me ..... This is just a small issue but it shows that the hotel staff really takes care of all guests.」

「Clean, courteous staff, nice facility, efinitely will come back and recommend it to others.」

「It is okay, if you plan on being cheap. But the interior design is odd, staff meant well. But, hard to get in touch with. Definitely do give it a try but have a plan B!」
