"We had a suite which was excellent....the only issue was the extreme heat during our stay and the management did all they could to compensate us with extra fans...not much could be done with the current 35-40degree heat ..most countries are not equipped to manage it! Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was more than adequate and staff friendly and helpful... The hotel was well situated with a 10/15 min walk to the old town...if you didn't want to walk the tram stopped virtually outside the hotel"

"Loved location and new, fresh building. Room was standard hotel but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to train station but with view of the river. Wanted a North American style property to recover from overnight flight and long train ride from Paris before embarking on French holiday. This hotel met all my needs. Delicious buffet breakfast at extra cost with numerous hot and cold selections, fruit and pastries as well as a waffle station."

"The rooms where clean, staff friendly and accommodating. We was thrilled to find that the rooms had air conditioning. We chose not to have breakfast but had a lovely plat de jour one evening which was delicious and a good price."

"The hotel was clean and bright. It has a younger vibe, a bit art deco, you might say. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Thank you! And the reception was open when I arrived at a late hour due to a transportation snafu. In the midst of the heatwave everyone was talking about, she offered me a glass of cold water, which I gratefully accepted. Such a hospitable touch! The room was pleasing, again that art deco look. I liked it, even if in some ways the design wasn't terribly practical. The compact space left no room for a desk or writing area. The mirror over the sink was too high for someone not tall. The sink was around the corner from the bathroom, not in it. That stuff might not matter to everyone, so stay there anyway! The room was appealing, there's a comfortable sitting area downstairs, and an outside area too. Again, the friendly staff, always a plus. There is a welcoming atmosphere. And it's close to the main rail station as well as right on a streetcar line. Convenient! Recommended."

"The hotel was located in the central part of the city where access to transportation was easy and there are tons of stores and restaurants. The room was small but comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay."
