"The room was exceptional—quiet, private, and incredibly comfortable. Parking was free and easy, which made everything even more convenient. The staff were outstanding, genuinely attentive and always willing to help with anything. Everything was spotless and clearly very well maintained—I honestly couldn’t find a single fault. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a great size, and the bathroom was well stocked with good toiletries, along with clean washcloths, towels, and hand towels."

"I have stayed at the Holiday Inn previously and enjoyed my stay. This time for the most part was the same, that is until I got scolded like a naughty kid by a very important courtesy bus driver because I parked in "the wrong spot". I proceeded to let him know that the (very friendly) reception person told me exactly where to park as I had just come back from collecting the hire car, and I was in precisiely where she told me. He was having none of this, and told me that he would show me the right place to park. I re-iterated that I was only there for a short time and I was parking where I was told. I asked what his name was, and he ignored me and continued to scold me, then turned his back and walked away. Awesome customer service. I went inside and spoke to Aaron Yao, (Front Office Manager) and advised him I wanted to make a formal complaint about the "discussion" I had just had. He seemed to listen to me and tell me that it was likely a "communication issue" between their internal departments. I reiterated that I wanted it to be a formal complaint as noone should be spoken to like I was. Mr Yao didn't take any notes during my formal complaint, but when I was finished, he started to tell me to put it in an email, to which I replied that I had just given him all the detail. Mr Yao gave me his card and "promised" me he would send me a detailed follow up " in the next day". That was Tuesday, 28th April. Today is Monday 4th May and Mr Yao is yet todeliver on his promise."

"A very small TV and 2 plain chairs put together with no arm rests, a proper couch and side table for drink would be great. Dining room meals where good and decent size, fast service also."

"Easy place to stay when travelling. Stayed here before an international flight. Was easy and convenient. A complimentary hotel bus drops and picks up from airport. Our car was able to stay at hotel for the whole time and the price was amazing for the duration. Much Much cheaper then airport car parking."
