「The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...

「The ac was just what was needed for an early spring night. On a low setting. The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. 」

「 Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches.」

「Breakfast is pricey. We ate elsewhere. Sink was leaking in room soaking the part of counter so we had to keep a towel on it. Left one of my makeup totes near the towel and it got wet. Bed was clean but not very comfortable. Staff was nice. I can understand not providing breakfast but some free coffee and juice in the lobby would be nice incase some are not on the same schedule as the Starbucks with limited hours. Parking was good. 」
