“Enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Location was excellent, staff were extremely helpful (especially Nicole!) and we were quite comfortable. Recommend management re-level the camper as it has a definite tilt, but otherwise all was well!”

“This home has been beautifully renovated. It is so charming. It was a great location for me as I visited my mother who lives off of Rivermont Ave. The bed was so comfortable, I could have slept forever. I so appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. I had a very long day on my check-in day, so they ended up being my dinner. I had everything I needed, including coffee with creamer and sugar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.”

“It’s an old neighborhood but don’t let that deter you. Revitalization efforts are apparent. House & yard are well kept & clean, back sitting area, fire ring & dog bowls were a wonderful touch. The neighbors on both sides are nice too. They stay to theirselves but will talk to you if you talk to them. There is/was also deer in the neighborhood which was surprising given it’s so close to the city. One was in the backyard this morning! Not sure who was more startled, it or me! The only improvement……

“My first word upon walking through the door was "Wow!" The wide open floor plan and expansive views seen through the enormous windows was breathtaking! The extra large deck overlooking the river made for a peaceful time to unplug and reconnect with friends. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive. We will definitely return!”

The house was clean, welcoming, and the communication with owner was great. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The home is on a very quiet street which was nice. “Myself, along with my son and daughter-in-law, were in VA for a family wedding. The initial drive to the property off the main road seemed a never-ending series of hills, twists and turns, especially for folks from the city. But, in fact, the trip in/out was only about five minutes. The property itself was great. A two bedroom, one bath on the lower level of a lovely private home. The house is on a hill so we could drive right to our entrance in back. The unit is all on one floor with no steps……
