The room was clean, suspicious and quiet. Comfortable bed. However, the door was awful to get in, you had to play about with it to access the room. The windows had catches missing. The facilities were good but the ladies changing room needed a good clean.

Nice traditional type hotel, a little worn here and there but only adds to the charm. Had a recurring issue with the electronic door key which had to be repeatedly reset, but staff very efficient and helpful.

Terrible time with getting in the door with our key. Had to have staff help us 3 different times. Room was nice, clean, but bed was terribly hard, and the pillows were ALL flat. Asked for extras, and they were the same. Staff was very helpful. There is a pool/hot tub, but for some reason you had to walk outside all the way around the building, and it was chilly! The hot tub is very small, and while taking turns wouldn’t be a problem there were only 4 chairs in the whole pool area. And the day we went there were 20 people in the pool area. So not a great experience overall.
