The villa has comfortably accommodated 25 overnight guests with ample space for up to 60 daytime guests. Bedding and towels are provided for all guests, with mid-week changes of bath linen during longer stays.

The high-walled ultra-private mature garden features a 7-person hot tub, 14’ trampoline, children's treehouse and gas BBQ (small extra charge) providing a wide area for exercising, outdoor games or running around, perhaps whilst meals are being prepared on the BBQ.
