Spent only the night at this hotel but it had everything we needed for our stay - a prompt entry onto the premises from Glasgow Central Station by lift, light breakfast options and beverages for the morning, a wonderful and helpful team of staff, both in person and online, and a clean and tastefully decorated room with necessary amenities. 10/10 experience!

Second time I have stayed here. Unique little hotel, on one floor of the station building, so very convenient for the train. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. So, why did I only give it 4 stars? On my second stay my room was poorly

It was a bit hard to find the hotel because it’s shared with an apartment complex. Very good stay for one night since the train is accessible from the hotel. No complaints. Affordable and great location.

Really lovely stay- beds were comfy, great location and free breakfast was a welcome bonus. Given it's adjacent to the station, it was reasonably quiet and didn't impact sleep. Only improvements I would make would be to add some hooks for towels in the bathroom. I didn't have any issue finding the entrance but it's not all that clear.

Room was very clean, felt new, staff super friendly, only downfall we came during a sunny wave and there was not fans, so we stayed hot, positive made us get out earlier than expected but they did hold our luggage. Very affordable!!

* Very secure property entrance * Staff were friendly and helpful * Rooms and public spaces immaculately decorated in a trendy and classy aesthetic * The bed, duvet and pillows were very comfortable and cosy * Unfortunately no tea/coffee facilities in the room * Bathroom had 2 lighting options which meant low or high lighting could be used * Shower pressure and temperature could have been better * Parlour Cafe was bright and fresh * However the milk was off so unable to have cereal or add cold milk to drinks

This is a new hotel and there were a few finishing touches left incomplete, like missing towel bars in the toilet. I'm sure they will finish everything, but until then I had to hang my wet towels on the door handle to dry.

The staff were lovely and the room was great. With union street being blocked off at the moment we found it hard to find, in the dark lighting outside could be a little brighter to highlight the signs at night but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Quite happy with the room although only staying on a overnight as not much storage for clothing if you were staying longer. Shower Room could do with a towel holder as no where to hang hand towel. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room this is from a free coffee machine in the Dining area with just a bottle of water provided in the room. The continental breakfast wasn't great several items missing and not being topped up as used, the cold meat and cheese that was there was dry as if it had been lying out for a week and inedible.

Camera molto bella, pulita e ordinata. Un po’ troppo piccola, non c’era lo spazio per appoggiare le valigie. Lavandino troppo piccolo e mancavano dei ganci per poter appendere gli asciugamani. A parte la scomodità del check-in obbligatorio alle 15, lo staff è gentile e sempre presente. Ho adorato la piccola zona per la colazione che può essere sfruttata in qualsiasi momento per un tè caldo o una pausa. Struttura nuova e arredata con gusto.

No rails or hooks for damp towels. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although a kettle was delivered. No dtorage for clothes other than a hanging rail. Luxurious towels & big bed. Only overhead shower. These defects were noted by the hotel
