「We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10」

「I was in town for Wrestlemania 40. Location was great. Short 10-15 min ride to Philly. Supermarket and basic amenities were located within walking distance of the place. It serviced me well.」

「We had a wonderful weekend get away for an event at Lincoln Field. This location was perfect. A block to the subway and a short walk to Reading Terminal and many other restaurants. We felt very safe walking everywhere. The house is on an adorable cobblestone street. Old City was a very quaint place to stay. I would recommend this location as long as you can climb the stairs to the two top floors to the bedrooms and bathroom.」

「This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.」

「Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again.」

There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. 「Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.」

「We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon...

「Nice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.」

「We wanted a place in a city neighborhood so we could park the car and use public transportation or walk to our sightseeing destinations. The property was excellent. Location nice. Unit cleaned and well managed . We lucked into a convenient parking spot and left the car for three days. Walked to the neighborhood markets and bars and walked to the conveniently located subway station.」

「Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead」
