Excellent stay!
The location of this property is wonderful to all the places we visited. The playground on-site and walking trails are well constructed and fun for little children. The animals were nice to see. The pond and walking bridge is beautiful. The pools were fun just remember it is an extra fee charged by Nordic Village. We paid it and enjoyed our time at the pool. Our multi generational family from grandmother, to parents to toddlers had fun!

Great Mountain getaway!!
Have stayed at Nordic Village many times. We were with friends celebrating the New Year. Condo was dated but had everything you need and it was clean. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect location
I stayed with my parents, my husband, and my two small children. The house was perfect for us. My parents had a private room/bathroom upstairs, and we had a bedroom/bathroom downstairs. The kids loved the spiral stairs and the jacuzzi tub. They also loved the sheep, row boats, and bonfire just down the road. We never used the pool, but it is really close. We did the mountain coaster on Cranmore and StoryLand, and they are both really close. We had a great weekend. Thank you!

Nice View, But Overpriced - No Washer/Dryer
This was our second stay at the porperty. We love the view and amenities. However, on our second stay here we were surprised to find duct tape on the washer and dryer stating "Do Not Use". This is a big turn-off: if I am renting a condo, it is reasonable to expect fully functioning amenities. Additionally, the pool usage is extra. This is stated in the ad, but it's exceptionally expensive - ~$30 a day. I found out I could have rented directly from Nordic Village for a better property for less money with fully functioning amenities and it would include usage of the pool.

The amenities list is accurate and we do not offer a washer and dryer as an amenity. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. The resort does allow for pool access and that is what is included in the daily resort fee. We are disheartened to read your feedback and wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We had a relaxing time at the Nordic lodge. We use the swimming pool, and enjoy the condo. The Jacuzzi tub in the condo was wonderful. Everything was super clean!

Summer vacation with kids
Condo was absolutely perfect. Great setup, very comfortable and clean, plenty of space. The property contact was also extremely responsive and helpful. The association pools on site were great as well - spent a few hours there and have indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. Very close to Story Land, which was main point of our trip, but a number of mountains and trails nearby as well. Would highly recommend and will likely return!

Clean, great location, not much open on the property with additional expsense
We stayed at this stunning condo for 4 nights with my family of 6. The condo itself was immaculately clean. They truly went over every detail to clean and sanitize. They fireplace was lovely and fully heated the entire condo. There is a keurig but no coffee maker and no sheet pans. We read in a previous review that the refrigerator was leaking but was surprised to see it was still an issue when we arrived. They had placed a bowl to catch the liquid but it wasn't sufficient and still ruined our egg carton. There was not much open on the property perhaps due to off season/covid. It was a shock to be asked to pay $35 a DAY to use the pool. Kids were disappointed but we tried to make up with it in the amazing jetted tub! My only major issue with the property itself was that there is no privacy lock on the main door. The only locking system is the electronic keypad leaving no personal security. Those more safety conscious may like a chain lock or additional deadbolt. The location was minutes from storyland and downtown shops in Conway. The property also has a small playground my kids enjoyed and a rec room with pool/tennis tables. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would go again in the summer months where perhaps more would be open.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, had comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen accessories. The recreation bldg was a nice surprise, we played ping pong, and enjoyed seeing the Giant Koi fish! Highly recommend this condo!!

Nice place
the online pictures looked like the place was a lot bigger, we fit. The cleaning fee was pretty high compared to other VRBO's I've rented. Considering we had to unload the dishwasher when we got there, and strip the beds before we left. The refrigerator leaked inside. And the top rack of the dishwasher was kind of broken, I put it back on it's track but not sure if it pops off frequently. Not a big deal, just little things for the price, then having to pay extra to use the pool.

Great Nordic Village Condo
I had a recent stay here and the condo was as nice as the pictures. Nicely renovated and a great location within the complex. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area. I’ve stayed at Nordic Village a few times in the past and none of the previous rooms were as nice as this one. Nordic Village has nice clean pools and good amenities.

Great Condo! Resort not very friendly or accommodating to private renters
This Condo was great, very clean and great location. Description fails to mention that the pool amenities are not included for private renters. Renting through the owner directly seems to annoy the resort and they are not very friendly once they learn you are a private renter. They require additional fees to use the pool and other amenities because “the owners don’t pay us anything” Check in is also more difficult as the office continuously reminds you that they “have nothing to do with your rental” and do not go out of their way to help you. Check in was complicated because we had to spend over an hour getting in touch with VRBO, waiting for them to contact the property manager and get back to us with check in instructions. This was frustrating after a long trip and 2 tired toddlers. Once all this was ironed out we had a great time. The condo was a perfect fit for us and we made some wonderful family memories! I wish the owners could work something out with the resort so they treat private renters with the same courtesy as all the other renters and all would be wonderful!

Loved our stay! Everything was nice, comfortable and very clean. This is a really beautiful townhouse! The location is perfect and so close to multiple ski locations. The club house was also very nice. Loved the the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen had everything one might need. We just could not get enough of the view out the back of the grounds and nearby mountains. So beautiful with fresh snow. We love this area and have been coming for vacation for years in all seasons. I would definitely return and rent this unit again. Highly recommend this rental!
