「The room had several maintenance issues. A coar hook fell off the wall, a bedside light was loose, the towel holder was loose, there were several well established cobwebs above the curtain rail, there was mould on the rubber shower mat and the bottom of the bathroom door was mouldy/damp. Very disappointing considering the price paid.」
「Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.」
「Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay.
Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty.
We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up...
