“Modern hotel in an excellent location. Room was spotlessly clean with a big, comfortable bed and plenty of room. Huge bathroom with a waterfall shower. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely food in the restaurant. Reasonable bar prices. Couldnt fault it and had a great stay”

“All the above what really stands out is the staff. Ava was very professional but still remained friendly. Then we have Max very pleasant young man who took a moment to answer our questions and explain the National sport of hurling. The true superstar was Anna who went above and beyond to help one of our friends who wasn’t feeling well. ”

“Nice and cosy, lovely meals and dessert at the bar. Parking at hotel. There is a small lay-by before the hotel on merchants quay as well as parking opposite by riverbank in order to drop off luggage. Parking instructions is at reception. The parking building is 3 streets behind the hotel called the Glen Car park. Take a ticket and it is validated when you leave so free parking. Only a 5 minute walk to hotel. When leaving take validated ticket to car park and bring car back to layby or opposite……

“All the staff were great, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. There were several quiet corners to sit in but still feel part of the hotel. The food was excellent with a wide choice. The bar area was very comfortable and the staff exceptional. Access to the car park was simple with plenty of space.”
