We could tell a lot of thought went in to making it comfortable and entertaining. We weren't so good at using the technology, but for those who know how to push all the right buttons, I'm sure it was a great added bonus.We truly felt as if we were guests in someone's home. You do hear noise from above, but no more than you would hear living in an apartment building or staying……

“What a beautiful space! It was very clean and the area quite remote. In the mornings, we saw deer and wild turkey. And so many birds! We didn’t hike any any trails, but there was a great guide available in the home that showed the property lines and gave info about the property! It was great for us and our kiddos. ”

In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. We all took advantage of the barbeque grill on our last evening there,……

“We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs.
