“The cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and the surrounding nature is lovely. However, our check-in experience was a bit stressful. We arrived around 5pm but were unable to reach the host initially. After some time, she called back and mentioned that she had forgotten to send the check-in instructions with the key information.
