Slapping a couple of bars in the bathroom and lowering the height of the bed does make a room accessibile.The first floor was basically in the basement. There is no elevator and if you are placed on the 1st floor and can’t use stairs they provide a very steep ramp which is difficult for someone with a walker. 「For an older motel this was a nice surprise. Dated and not a “resort “ but sheets were clean, room was clean, and staff was very nice.」

「The room was OK. The bed were pretty good pillows were not the best breakfast was pretty good, but so many things didn’t work. The ice machine what’s out of water the orange juice was out of order. There were other things that were out of order so they definitely need to update their property.」

「I spent only one night in the riverside hotel and once I got home the next day I had a couple of small bumps/welts. Over the course of a few days these bumps spread like a rash across my entire body. I am 100% sure this is a result of staying at the property. I’ve never had this happen to me and truly disappointed in this outcome. I am currently still fighting this rash but the cleanliness of this property NEEDS to improve. Hate to write about this but someone needs to know」

「Beautiful hotel...very chic! Was very clean and comfortable and it smelled fresh and clean! There was some construction/maintenance going on so the pool and hot tub were closed...but, we were forewarned of this (however, it would be nice to know BEFORE we booked a non refundable stay. We received the email after we booked). Breakfast was nice with the exception of the out of order juice dispenser. Overall, lovely and recommended!」
