There were some small cockroaches in our room. I only noticed late at night but everything seemed clean prior to that. AC worked fine. But I hate bugs so I would not have stayed the night if it wasn’t so late when I saw them.

The air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower. It made it difficult to sleep. The rooms are old and worn. No dresser for clothes.

Don't ask for coffee before 7 am, actually, no service before 7 am. Also, the breakfast is a "grab n Go" service. With the condition of the property, I wouldn't eat it anyway, so we went to a local restaurant instead. Not worth the money.

Check-in was easy. The room was sparse but clean. Dog friendly. Coffee available in the check-in lobby was appreciated. The pool looked really nice, but the grounds could use a little more cleanup. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Our room was farthest away from office. Junk piled everywhere at two rooms to our left. Not construction but old appliances and such. Cockroaches in bathroom. Made reservation for four adults. Paid for four adults and had 2 towels of three sizes..... to me that is not good customer service. Will not go back.

The room had been remodeled and was nice, but the area outside was a bit of a mess - paint can lids, trash, cigarette butts, bottle tops all around the building. Gal who checked us in was great!
