“The location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer. This is an older home that has been upgraded, but could still use a few more updates. ”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“View from balcony was perfect! Could hear the ocean ! Parking was great, right at front door , there were carts for luggage and was a bonus to have an elevator . Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent to beach and restaurants. ”

Only recommendation for host would be to place a shower caddy in shower to hold items. Shower is small so it was hard placing shampoo etc. on the floor while showering.
