「Excellent location and price for the room. Went for the Cheltenham festival. Only had a reservation for one night but asked to stay an extra night. The hotel was booked out but Gabriel managed to sort us out a room, excellent customer service. Would book again.」

「Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

「Really nice clean cottage. Very good location. Owners were very helpful especially after I had an issue with my car - couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend to others and would stay there again」
