Amazing hotel for business travel, I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for visiting local businesses for work. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble if you have an issue to resolve, a home from home feeling.

My stay here was lovely bus serve in to flour town centre just across the road, bus service up to Tesco and a little shopping area that’s a 10 minute walk away , all the staff are fabulous, will definitely be coming back

Overall a good place to stay for a night. Guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but sufficient for an overnight stop. A bit noisy if you need to keep your window open on a hot night!

I like the fact that the staff are very friendly and they are always around when you need them , they will help you if you need to get some where and are very much update on things to to in Gloucester . These guys work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy there always on the go . I won’t be using any where else when I vist Gloucester again will definitely come back here .

I was stuck in the lift when the doors wouldn’t open. The room was scruffy, no sink plug, peeling paint, no EV charging etc. Bed was clean but not very comfortable. Staff were helpful but hotel poor.

Okay for a couple nights. Could be cleaner.

Cheap hotel which was okay for a couple nights stay. Room could have been cleaner, there are squished bugs on the walls and the carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered. There was an open sugar sachet in one of the drawers and the toilet is stained. Tea and coffee provided in the room which is a nice touch. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Charged £8 to park on arrival.The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.On entering our room there were no side tables for the bed, the Ariel to the telly was missing making it unusable, the only other furniture was a chest of drawers which was broken and not fit for purpose.

Awful run down and smelly

Parking £8 overnight £20 per night for dog another extra. No curtain pole. No bulb in lamp. No hairdryer. One socket that worked. Police in attendance in hallway on arrival. Needs a total refurb. Bed very uncomfortable… nothing like website
