Great place and location

The place was new and the location was perfect for us. The owner was very responsive but the minor issues we had were not resolved so that was very frustrating. We were on ground level so that was great. However the foot traffic noise on 2nd level was very annoying.

Clean. Nice size space. Presentation at check in was fabulous! There were Enough towels etc !! Beach chairs would be an added bonus to one of the closets (hint! 😆) host was great at communicating. No issues. Will be back!!!

Honeymoon stay

At first this place seemed like a dream come true. The place was very clean and spacious. The property is within walking distance of a beach. My only complaint is that on our first night in the middle of the night a fire alarm started going off in the lobby. It woke us up and we realized the power was out. I reached out to the owner and asked what we should do and they basically asked me to find the source of the alarm and turn it off. I'm in a strange unfamiliar place I've traveled all day and I'm exhausted and I have no idea how to do that. It was pretty frustrating. We stayed 10 days and that happend 2 more times in the middle of the night. I reached out again and told them that thr fire alarms were going off but this time in our actual place. They told me to turn them off again. The fire alarms were on the cieling which were very high up and I just was not able to do that. Second thing it was extremely hard to get any TV to work. They continously lost wifi over and over and over. Like 20 times in an hour. Without the wifi no app worked and there was no cable. Beyond that everything was great. I love the self check in and how cute the place was.

Relaxing by the Sea

Our stay at this location was amazing. We done an extended weekend and it was located within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do as well as a short walk to the beach. The owner was always responsive and even extended our check out due to flight delays. The condo was clean with updated amenities. High recommend!

Good Spot, Good Price, As Promised, Excellent parking

Location was exactly as advertised -- parking space was HUGE. Clean building, clean interior. Very easy to communicate with host. AC and fans worked well, plenty of towels and clean sheets. Bring your own personal toiletries (shampoo, soap). Overall building construction had a few issues but did not have any negative impact on stay. Would stay there again, yes.

Steps from Long Beach

This 2-bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. It was steps from Long Beach and a short walk to Good Harbor. Friends could park at one of two close-by lots. The one bathroom was a slight challenge for all 6 of us, but we knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. Lucas was easy to connect with and the check-in/check-out process was easy.

We have stayed at Long Beach Suites several times and have had great experiences. Unfortunately during this trip we ran into several issues such as the kitchen not having basic supplies such as cereal bowls, there was only one standard fork, broken mixing bowls, and no colander. The bedroom televisions would not connect to the WiFi so they were unusable, and all of the shower dispensers were broken. I’m not sure what happened as our other stays were comfortable and accommodating.

Perfect beach location

The apartment was very nice and accommodated our party of four. It was located right by the beach and our stay was quite for the most part. Toward the end of our trip the tenants above us were incredibly loud and did not follow the “quite hours” rules. Other than that it was lovely!

Wonderful location!

I grew up in this beach , it was wonderful to get back there. The condo is in wonderful shape and a joy to be in. Additionally about a one minute walk to the beach. The only a small issue we had, was that there is no cable or Internet TV. Luckily my husband had brought our Roku from home.

Apartment was spacious and clean and a wonderful location, just steps to our favorite Gloucester beach. Only downside was lack of communication with the host. Confusing check in instructions and inaccurate information given regarding sofa/pull out couch. Reached out to host with issues of ants on the apartment and no help was given. They said someone would be by to put traps or spray down since there was an abundance of ants but no one ever came… Also asked for more toilet paper (since only 2 rolls provided for an apartment that sleeps 6) and only 2 coffee filters given for a 3 night stay… asked for these things and was told someone would be by and no one ever came or responded to our messages after that point. Definitely disappointed in the poor communication and amount of ants in the apartment.
