The view from the house is beautiful and the beach is all yours—just step outside and you’re there. The host, Bob, could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and he is extremely easy to reach and very responsive. This is a great property for multigenerational use or families with children. Lots of beach gear, toys, and games. Well stocked convenience store is just down the street and a cute, small downtown area is about .25 miles down the road. We’d walk our dog there and have drinks on the pet friendly patios. We hope to return next year!

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family group. The ocean view is mesmerizing, and everything you might need is available. Having 2.5 bathrooms and bedrooms and couches on 2 levels means people could be together when they wanted, but also have some time to themselves. It’s also incredibly convenient, with a variety store and restaurants in walking distance. Host Bob G. went above and beyond in making our stay a wonderful memory. He was reachable whenever we had a question. We hope to come back in 2027.

Friends reunion

The house and location were absolutely perfect. When it rained we could relax and enjoy the view from the enclosed porch. We had a wonderful stay with the nicest owners any of us have ever come across.

This warm and inviting home is situated right on the ocean and it is a pleasure to fall asleep and then wake up to the sound of crashing waves.The host is extremely accommodating and easy to work with and accepted our whole family. Close to Boston, Gloucester and Rockport. We will certainly return.

Our extended family was in town for the holidays and this proved to be the perfect spot for them to stay. Bob was a great host and went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect for our family.

The pictures do not do it justice. The place is large and has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The owner was local, easy to reach and delivered extra firewood for our stay.

Peaceful Getaway

It was a perfect spot for 2 pre-teens to explore and be active on the beach while I could sit back and relax in the back yard without getting sandy and still have a visiual of the kids the entire time.

Wonderful family reunion

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family reunion. There was plenty of room, the location was spectacular, the house well equipped, especially the “beach toy” garage. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this awesome rental.

Amazing Host

I cannot say enough good things about our host. He was amazing He decorated for Christmas, put up a tree, came over to show us around, the location is gorgeous. Right on the water and a fantastic view. The sunporch was beautiful and we had a great time

Little bit of heaven

Beautiful beach view! Large sleeping capacity. ALL amenity’s you could possibly need. Kids loved all the toys.
