"We stayed at Center Hotels Laugavegur two nights after a two-week cruise to be able to explore Reykjavík. This particular Center Hotels Laugavegur was inside the city center, easy walking distance to most-to-all the sites in Reykjavik. The hotel was clean and well maintained and had a great breakfast buffet that we enjoyed. The Staff stood out to us as very helpful to store our luggage and help us get taxis to various city destinations and to the airport. Cheers to the Staff, thank you!"

"Great Hotel. It's clean and comfortable and spacious. Great views of the city! Overall great hotel these issues are just minor below: The shower is great except one of the rooms did not have a proper shower door so the water was all over the floor creating a potential slip hazard. Would recommend a thick add a shower door. The other room had a shower door, but it was too tight of an enclosure. The breakfast buffet was great! Loved the cappuccino / coffee machine. As a vegetarian if the eggs can be separated from the meat that would be better for me."

"Hotel was clean and the room was well sized for a family of four. The hotel is not far from city center, about a 30 minute walk. The area is well served by buses and I would recommend getting a City Pass for buses and museums. The front desk staff lacks some customer service prowess - told us we needed to pay for breakfast that we had already paid for and told us to use Google when we were asking for tips on transportation."
