You are allowed to visit the adjacent convenience store and the public bath in the provided lounge wear. We had Agu pork Shabu Shabu for dinner and it was fantastic. "The Orion hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, while we visited, it was on the heels of typhoons, and so the beach area out front was closed off to swimming for cleanup, but we were able to snorkel nearby. One of the items that really surprised me was how fantastic the breakfast buffet was I’m not a breakfast person, but it provided an opportunity to try many different types of Okinawan food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying at this resort."

"We loved our stay here as an American family of four with teens. The buffets are wonderful and provide a chance for everyone to have something they like to eat. The resort location makes it easy with a car to get to some of the main attractions on the island without too much driving. Beautiful location with lots of helpful people and fun stuff to do, plus good food options (lots of them)."

"We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!"
