The side street leads to the forest promenade, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. In about 5 minutes, you will reach the beach with pier, the spa promenade, and the narrow-gauge railway station of the Rasender Roland. Shops, restaurants, and the spa center are within walking distance.



The apartment is lovingly decorated in a maritime style and is suitable for non-smokers. It offers around 59 m² of space for 2 to 4 adults. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, reading lamp, armchair, stool, lowboard, smart TV, Blu-ray player, and a music system with radio, DAB radio, CD player, USB port, and Bluetooth. An electric fireplace provides pleasant warmth on cool days. Wi-Fi is included. The enclosed veranda is furnished with a dining table and chairs. The modern kitchenette includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, 4-zone hob, oven, integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, and granite countertops.



The first bedroom has a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables, wardrobe, and smart TV. The second bedroom features a box spring bed with a continuous mattress (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains. The bathroom with natural light offers a shower with a low entry, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and washbasin.



One pet is allowed. The pet fee is automatically calculated with your booking—no cash payment on site is needed. Washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement for an additional fee.
