konum olarak feribota ve merkeze çok yakın olduğu için lokasyon olarak çok memnun kaldık odalar temiz ve açık büfesi çeşit olarak gayet yeterliydi restoran kısmı temizdi batuhan beye ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz rahat ve temiz bir uyku uyuyabildiğimiz için biz çok memnun ayrıldık

Hijyen konusunda sınıfta kalan otel. İkinci kez oda temizliği istememize rağmen odaya döndüğümüzde çarşaf, pike ve havlularda lekeler mevcuttu. Dolapların içinden kullanılmış iç çamaşırları çıktı. Otel yöneticisine durumu bildirdiğinizde “insanlık halidir. Olur öyle.” şeklinde bir geri dönüş aldık. Kalmanızı tavsiye etmem.

Hotel gayet temiz, güzel, konforlu, kahvaltı yeterli. Anladığım kadarıyla aile işletmesi, çalışanlarda herhangi bir sorun görmedim. Oldukça küçük bir havuzu var. Ancak konaklama fiyatı ile alınan hizmet kıyaslandığında fiyat çok çok yüksek kalıyor. Fiyatının yüksekliği hariç önemli bir sıkıntı görmedim.

Gökçeada'da keyifli bir aile tatili.

5 gece 6 gün ailecek tatilimizi geçirdik. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık. Otelin havuzunun olması küçük kızımızı eğlendirmek için çok faydalı oldu. Odaların temizliği, personelin genel ilgisi iyi düzeydeydi. Sabah kahvaltıları ve öğlen atıştırmalıkları da başarılıydı. Kahvaltıda portakal suyu vb içecek seviyesinin artırılmasını kahvaltıyı daha başarılı yapar.

Kuzey Park Hotel'de 3 gece konakladık.Lokasyon,kahvaltı,otel işletmecisinin(ailenin)ilgisi,odalar ve balkonlu oluşu (tek sorun klimanın suyu balkonu ıslatıyordu) aynı zamanda küçük de olsa temiz bir havuzunun olması tatil boyunca memnun kalmamızı sağladı.Tekrar Gökçeada seyahatimiz olursa tereddütsüz Kuzey Park Hotel'i tercih ederiz.Otel Sahiplerine tekrar teşekkürler.

Memnuniyeti arttırmak için çaba harcamalısınız

Covid dönemindeyiz ancak, sosyal mesafe ve maskeye kesinlikle riayet edilmiyordu. Kahvaltı açık büfe veriliyor bu dönemde hiç uygun bir uygulama değil. Odaya gelirsek, Ses izolasyonu çok kötüydü. Banyodan dolayı odada ağır bir koku vardı. Duşakabin su sızdırıyordu ve banyo sırılsıklam oldu. Terlikle bikaçkez düşme tehlikesi yaşadık. Minibar boştu, ve soğutucu fonksiyonu oda sıcaklığından halliceydi ( ikram su bile yoktu). Fiyat/ performans oranına göre ve otelin 3 yıldızına bakınca Genel olarak memnun kalmadık
